2. What exactly are you buying?
The property should be clearly identifiable through appropriate survey and property information.
3. Is there anything that could affect your ownership or use?
This may include:

- Existing mortgages or charges
- Litigation
- Family disputes
- Encumbrances
- Overlapping claims
- Planning restrictions
- Boundary issues
